1. Raw materials
Poor products: generally use inferior zinc alloy recycled materials as raw materials, and cut corners to reduce costs, with loose structure, light weight and frivolous feel.
Good products: generally use fine polished pure copper, high-quality zinc alloy or titanium alloy as raw materials, with tight structure, heavy weight and thick feel. Pure copper is the best raw material.
2. Die-casting and finishing process
Poor products: use small die-casting machines and simple machine tools, insufficient pressure, the rough surface of the product has pores, silk patterns, cracks and surface inequality, the polishing process is rough and the process is simple.
Good products: use large-scale precision computer-controlled die-casting machine tools and digital precision machine tools, the surface of the blank is smooth, flat, without pores, silk patterns and defects, the grinding and polishing process is rigorous, and the process is numerous.
3. Plating
Poor products: The electroplating layer is thin and uneven, the structure is loose, the bonding force is poor, and the luster is dull. Since chrome is directly plated on the blank, the surface is very easy to rust, wear, bubble, and peel after a period of use. The thickness of the plating is less than 20 microns, the material inside is easily oxidized by air, and there are many scratches and burrs on the surface of the plating.
Excellent products: Strictly in accordance with national electroplating process standards, imported raw copper is used, and it undergoes three processes of copper plating, nickel plating, and chrome plating. The luster is bright and the visual sense is thick. It will not wear, rust, bubble or peel after long-term use, and it will last forever. The structure is tight, the plating is uniform, the "color surface" is crisp, the plating thickness is generally above 30 microns, and there are no scratches and burrs on the surface of the plating.
4. Accessories
Poor products: Fasteners are made of iron screws, which are easy to rust. Glass products are made of domestic low-grade products with uneven thickness, low transparency, and turbid visual sense.
Excellent products: fasteners use stainless steel screws or copper screws, glass products use original imported glass rings and discs, with uniform thickness, high transparency and clear vision.
5. Packaging
Inferior products: the packaging is made of inferior raw materials, the printing is rough, the trademark is unclear and eye-catching, and the manufacturer is generally not indicated in the packaging, and even white packaging is a "three-no" product.
Excellent products: the packaging design is beautiful, the printing is exquisite, the trademark is clear and eye-catching, the manufacturer and detailed address are indicated on the outside, and the inside has a quality inspection book and installation instructions.
6. After-sales service
Inferior products: There is no after-sales service, and there is no effective installation instruction or quality guarantee book on the inside.
Excellent products: Generally, there is a solemn 3-5-year quality guarantee commitment, and there is a valid quality guarantee book, inspection mark, installation instructions and the address and phone number of the manufacturer on the inside.
7. Selling point display and after-sales service
Inferior products: There is no unified selling point display, the display board is often pieced together, the production is rough, the product market price is chaotic, and generally no special agent (distributor) is set up.
Quality products: unified design, beautiful selling point displays, well-made display boards, market norms, uniform selling prices, and generally have special agents (distributors).
